Buyer Agreement:
By purchasing this zine you are acknowledging that this item is a pre-order item. This means that the final product is not expected to be produced until AFTER this order period has ended. Shipping is expected to occur late November, but the project may be subjected to delays caused by events such as COVID 19. Buyer addresses will be reconfirmed before shipping occurs via email two weeks before shipping occurs. Organizers will post production updates on the zine’s social media accounts on the project's Twitter and Tumblr accounts, and buyers will be able to track production progress via our Carrd after pre-orders close.
Digital sales are subject to the same shipping schedule as physical orders. Digital sales will not be released until AFTER all physical pre-orders have shipped unless announced otherwise on Twitter and Tumblr. Digital orders are expected to be released in early December. A link to download digital goods will be emailed to the provided email address. Emails will come from [email protected]. Digital goods are for personal use only and not for distribution.
Customs and Taxes:
Physical orders will be shipped from California, USA. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Buyers acknowledge that zine organizers are not liable for any delays due to customs.
Organizers will NOT change nor modify the paid price on any customs forms.
Replacements and Refunds:
Organizers will be responsible for replacing or refunding:
- Orders that are lost due to organizer negligence in labeling the package (e.g. address on label does not match address on order)
- Orders that are damaged or incorrect due to organizer negligence in packaging (e.g. package contents do not match order number, bubble wrap or cardboard back missing, zine damaged inside polybag)
Organizers will NOT be responsible for replacing or refunding:
- Orders that are lost due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses
- Orders that are shipped to an old address without notice from the buyer by November 23
*Deadline may be pushed to a later date should shipping delays occur — please follow our Twitter and Tumblr accounts for updates - Orders that are damaged during shipment or through shipping company negligence and mishandling (e.g. packages bent to fit in mailboxes, left out in the rain by carriers, other external damage to the packaging resulting in damages to the contents)
Orders returned to organizers due to unpaid customs or unclaimed post will be held for buyer. Buyer will be contacted if package is returned, but buyer will be responsible for paying for the new shipping postage (in full or at a discounted rate is up to mods’ discretion, and will be discussed with buyer on a case-to-case basis).
Organizers reserve the right to cancel and/or refund orders should buyers violate any of these terms and conditions.
